June 26 Can we understand our foreign lecturers?We've heard this before too many times. "Speak up! Speak up!" you say. Tell us your views and we will sort it out. And so we did, or attempted to. "Give us a special semester so we have a chance to clear modules instead of them snowballing on us", we cried. "Give us lecturers who can speak English, so we can understand what the hell they are talking about and study better", we bawled. School is tough enough. Modules and concepts are difficult enough without them being taught in Pidgin English. Give us a break. Let us feel like we belong.
